HR MANAGER
Alankulama Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. is a diversified group with interests in hospitality, food and retail. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource function and support our continued growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the recruitment process of the company, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Liaise with statutory bodies for the compliance of payment and reports.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll processing company and manage company payroll.
- Plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities.
- Arrange training programs for staff.
- Oversee company day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage end to end employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers and separations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional qualification in HRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Practical experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations and HR operations.
- Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll service providers and statutory authorities will be an advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment-related legislation.
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of payroll administration and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
