Join Bodywear - Ratmalana as an Assistant - Mechanic Bodywear
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to coordinate the mechanical aspects of machine setup, maintenance, and repair within our sample production lines. This role involves operating and programming advanced sewing machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and designing jigs and fixtures to optimize efficiency. You will ensure seamless machine layout processes, handle service schedules, maintain detailed repair logs, and analyze breakdown reports to implement corrective actions. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to identify requirements, allocate resources, and minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Qualification in Mechanical Engineering and bring 1–2 years of experience as a sewing machine mechanic.
