Join our team as a Merchandiser - Bulk, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production processes and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and buyers to manage critical tasks such as raw material procurement, inventory control, and order tracking. By building strong supplier relationships, negotiating competitive prices, and overseeing shipping arrangements, you will ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include creating detailed time and action plans, addressing production issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and buyers to manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and order tracking.
- Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate competitive prices, and oversee shipping arrangements to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Create detailed time and action plans, address production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will hold an MBA, Degree, or Management qualification in a relevant field, and bring 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
