Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Sales Support (Junior Executive). You will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives and assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, helping to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- 1 year or above experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (an added advantage)
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Business Development Team and relevant departments to support and execute marketing and sales activities, while coordinating with clients on marketing and sales requirements, inquiries, follow-ups, and related activities.
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging digital content (posts, visuals, articles, short videos, etc.).
- Support digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
- Manage and update social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Assist in tracking and reporting online campaign performance
- Maintain and update marketing and sales databases and CRM systems
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other supporting documents
