1. Business Development Officer
- Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum Experience:
- 2 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing or a healthcare-related commercial role.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication
- negotiation and networking skills
- ability to develop corporate/client relationships
- generate new business opportunities and achieve targets.
- Healthcare-sector experience will be an advantage.
2. Laboratory Sample Delivery Assistant
- Professional Qualifications:
- G.C.E. O/L or equivalent; relevant healthcare/laboratory training will be an advantage.
- Minimum Experience:
- 1 year of experience in healthcare, laboratory, sample collection/delivery or a similar environment preferred.
- Requirements:
- Ability to safely collect, handle and transport laboratory samples according to required procedures.
- Good time management, reliability, hygiene awareness and attention to detail.
3. Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
- Educational Qualifications:
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- Minimum Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Requirements:
- Passed GCE A/L
- Should have excellent phone etiquette
- Minimum one year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages; knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Willing to work extended hours as required
- Should be able to work independently on a roster basis
- Age below 30 years
4. Public Relations Officer
- Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum Experience:
- 1–2 years' experience in public relations, customer service, communications or a similar role; hospital experience is an advantage.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- professional appearance, ability to handle patient/client inquiries and complaints, and strong coordination skills
- Fluency in Sinhala and English, Tamil would be an advantage.
