TRAINEE MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
RS PROJECTS (PVT) LTD. Engineering Excellence in Water, Energy & Infrastructure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of water pumps and fire protection systems.
- Support mechanical engineering projects involving pumping systems, water treatment equipment, piping, valves and fittings.
- Assist with pump performance testing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications and bills of quantities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain prices, technical information and product documentation.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, proposals and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, suppliers and customers to support successful project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a BEngTech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution. Qualifications in a related engineering discipline may also be considered.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in the MEP sector will be an added advantage.
- A keen interest in the pump, water supply and water treatment industries.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic literacy in reading and writing English.
- Willingness to learn technical engineering work, tendering and quotation preparation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and attend project sites when required.
