We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery within a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment. This role involves coordinating daily and weekly production plans, monitoring operator progress, and addressing issues to achieve set targets. You will handle work-in-progress levels, track accessory consumption, and prepare reports to facilitate reconciliations. Additionally, you will support administrative activities for assigned modules, implement decisions from superiors, and promote adherence to 5S standards while leading lean initiatives within the team. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or a Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field, and bring 1–2 years of experience in production and manufacturing operations within the apparel industry.
