We are seeking a dynamic professional to foster strong relationships with production and support teams, driving a positive work environment that minimizes absenteeism and turnover while enhancing employee engagement. In this role, you will play a part in maintaining smooth production processes by addressing grievances, managing absenteeism, and implementing disciplinary procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to women empowerment initiatives in the workplace, promoting equality and inclusivity. Your ability to organize and lead employee engagement activities will be crucial in achieving the organization’s efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
