OPERATIONS & BUSINESS ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily production closing and reporting.
- Monitor production achievement against targets.
- Analyze production performance and productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
- Identify production variances and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain production dashboards and management reports.
- Support production planning through data analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Finance Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Production Management, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present meaningful insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proximity to Homagama will be considered an added advantage.
