PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve planned output.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Monitor machine and process performance, promptly addressing deviations and operational issues.
- Lead and guide shift staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, QA, and Warehouse teams to meet production KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to production activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
