Operations Executive
Lassana Innovations (Pvt) Ltd, a proud member of the Lassana Group of Companies, is expanding its portfolio of premium confectionery products, including La Treats cookies and chocolates and Treats of Ceylon, a brand inspired by the authentic flavours of Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on production planning, inventory management, operational coordination and ERP-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production progress, output, material requirements and resource utilization to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance and other relevant departments to ensure the timely availability of materials and uninterrupted production.
- Monitor stock movements, material consumption, wastage and inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Update and maintain production plans, inventory transactions and operational records through the ERP system.
- Prepare production, inventory and operational performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory management or operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, production planning and operational reporting.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail and commitment to achieving operational targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
