OPEN POSITIONS

1. EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR professional to manage and support our day-to-day HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage HR and Administrative processes including attendance tracking, employee records, leave, absenteeism and EPF/ETF documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring employee information and HR records are accurate.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with management on HR-related projects and initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HR Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure to Human Resource Management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Support recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
  • Maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Assist with attendance and leave records.
  • Support payroll-related data preparation and verification.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HRIS records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Undergraduate or recently completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Students pursuing CIPM/CCHRM or other recognized HR qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative attitude.
