Trainee – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in daily activities, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Help respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients to support sales strategies.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating sales events, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Basic Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Candidates seeking an internship to complete their degree or diploma program related to Sales & Marketing will also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the Horana area, close to the factory.
