Join our dynamic team as a Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering, where you will play a role in delivering accurate and competitive SMV costings to support product development and operational excellence. You will be responsible for preparing provisional and final GSD Standard Minute Value, analyzing garment construction methods, supporting costing activities, improving productivity, optimizing processes, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sample development while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying improvement opportunities, standardizing work methods, minimizing manufacturing risks, and supporting data-driven decision-making across operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or a Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Costing, or Production, in the apparel manufacturing industry.
