Technical Lead - Software Development & System Integration
Location: Horana, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software development and system integration projects.
- Design and implement scalable applications and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate ERP systems, business applications, databases and third-party platforms.
- Develop and manage REST APIs, web services and middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure high-quality, secure and reliable solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development, with proven expertise in system integration and technical leadership.
- Strong experience in integrating ERP systems, enterprise applications, databases and third-party platforms.
- Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Node.js, React, etc.).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, team collaboration and project coordination capabilities.
Added Advantages
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Integration Services and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with ETL processes, middleware and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
