JOB VACANCY: FACTORY OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVE

Lakpa Footwear (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated, responsible and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory Operational Executive at our factory on the main road of Ganapola Town.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and monitor daily factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor raw material usage, work-in-progress and finished goods movements, and record these transactions in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Identify operational issues and support management in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Production Management, Industrial Management, Business Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in factory operations or a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Male candidate, aged between 25 and 35 years.
- Working time: Monday to Saturday (half day).
