nRESTAURANT MANAGER
nWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations, maintain excellent food and service standards and drive profitability.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations. n
- Supervise kitchen and service staff. n
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and customer service. n
- Control food stock, purchasing and wastage. n
- Monitor sales, expenses and restaurant profitability. n
- Manage staff schedules and prepare performance reports. n
- Recruit, train and develop staff to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. n
Requirements
n- n
- Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification preferred. n
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience. n
- Strong leadership and customer-service skills. n
- Knowledge of inventory, cost control and sales reporting. n
