WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A professional with strong leadership, motivational, communication and interpersonal skills, supported by a proven track record and relevant experience in the construction / real estate industry in a similar capacity.
- Minimum 2+ years of development and construction-related experience.
- Proven ability to contribute to commercial performance and project outcomes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and adaptable to the changing demands of the construction industry.
