QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

What you will be doing?
- Monitor and enforce food quality & safety standards across production.
- Perform in process inspection and product inspection & testing.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC, GMP, HACCP and FSMS procedures.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports & documentation.
- Investigate non conformances & implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production & warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
What we are looking for in you?
- Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP & food safety standards.
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
