Part-time / Programme-based Engagements
Synergy Learning Hub invites experienced industry professionals, consultants, university lecturers and academic staff to join our expert resource network. Our programmes focus on practical knowledge, workplace application and career development for professionals in apparel and other manufacturing industries.
Areas of Expertise
- Operations & Productivity: Operational excellence, Lean, industrial engineering and Kaizen.
- Cost & Performance: Cost and waste reduction, performance measurement, OEE and quality.
- Digital & Future Operations: Digital transformation, data, AI and smart manufacturing.
- Resilience & Sustainability: Supply chain resilience, resource efficiency, ESG and risk.
- Leadership & Execution: Operational leadership, team development and change implementation.
Who Should Apply
Industry practitioners, subject-matter experts, consultants, lecturers, academic staff, entrepreneurs and senior corporate professionals are encouraged to apply. We also welcome Sri Lankan expatriates and international experts.
Suitable applicants should demonstrate:
- Relevant industry, academic or consultancy experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver practical learning using case studies, exercises and workplace examples.
- Experience in training, lecturing, facilitation or professional development.
Engagement Opportunities
Online sessions, learning series, masterclasses, panel discussions, practical workshops and hybrid programmes. Delivery will be primarily online, with practical or in-person sessions where required.
Engagements will be offered according to programme requirements and expertise. Professional fees for paid assignments will be agreed in advance. Voluntary introductory sessions are strictly by mutual agreement.
