Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tailor-made travel packages for clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide expert advice on Sri Lanka travel experiences, particularly for Indian travelers.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and partners in the Indian market.
- Negotiate and secure the best rates with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any client concerns efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel trade.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the Indian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- A positive and customer-oriented mindset.
