MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES IN POULTRY BUSINESS

Besto Chicken and Eggs are our top branded products. CIC Livestock Solutions Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
The Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CIC products
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets
- Provide customer education on product benefits and features
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback
- Participate in promotional activities and trade shows
The Candidate
- Previous sales experience (preferably in FMCG or food products)
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, and English
- Strong knowledge of local market conditions in Colombo and suburb
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of achieving sales targets
