MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
What you will be doing?
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize machine downtime.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Help to maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
What we’re looking for in you?
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Good knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to supervise a team and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach to equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
What you will be doing?
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on factory machinery and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly.
What we’re looking for in you?
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of industrial machinery and troubleshooting.
- Good teamwork, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
