VACANCY: LEGAL OFFICER / COMPANY LAWYER
Location: Ja-Ela, Gampaha District
We are a reputed manufacturing company located in the Gampaha District and are looking for a competent and motivated Legal Officer / Company Lawyer (Male/Female) to join our corporate team.
Candidates with corporate legal experience who are eager to contribute to the company's legal and corporate affairs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and finalize legal documents and agreements.
- Prepare corporate and other legal documentation.
- Assist external legal counsel in protecting and representing the company's legal interests.
- Coordinate with company secretaries on corporate and legal documentation.
- Attend court proceedings and make court appearances as required.
- Provide legal support on commercial, corporate, and labour law matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public.
- Minimum of two years of experience in corporate law.
- Sound knowledge of commercial law, corporate law, and labour law.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
