ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd, over 25 years of specialized experience has pioneered in manufacturing of hospital furniture up to the international standards. We have created a revolution with GMP certification by NMRA in health industry by constantly delivering high standard, in-house manufactured products. Furthermore, MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd is a massive importer of medical equipment, Rehabilitation aids and medical consumables.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full qualification in AAT, or partly qualified in CA/ACCA/CIMA, or a Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position or in a similar corporate environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and strong computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and accounting packages; experience with BUSY is an added advantage.
- Age Below 35
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate order receiving activities, ensuring orders are received, checked, and processed accurately and on time.
- Receive, verify and maintain delivery orders, invoices, and related documents, ensuring all details are accurate and properly recorded.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments, and assist with follow-ups on pending deliveries and outstanding documentation.
