Production Planning Engineer / Assistant Manager
Harness Production Division
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Harness Production team in the role of Production Planning Engineer / Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Production Control or Manufacturing Planning.
- Experience in cable, wire harness, automotive, electrical, electronics or similar manufacturing industries will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Develop production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyse capacity, manpower and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, Quality and other relevant departments.
- Monitor actual production vs. plan and take corrective actions.
- Prepare planning reports and KPI analyses.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
