CIVIL ENGINEER
- Minimum 5+ Years Experience
- Residential / House Construction Experience
- Strong Structural Knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise residential construction projects from start to completion
- Supervise RCC, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry and structural works
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the QS/procurement team
- Monitor quality, safety, progress and project programme
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues
- Conduct site measurements and maintain project records
- Prepare regular project progress reports
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc / BEng / HND / HNDE / NDT / NDES / C&G in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the construction industry
- Relevant experience in residential / house construction is essential
- Good knowledge of structural construction and RCC works
- Ability to understand architectural & structural drawings
- Good site management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
