Join our growing retail team across FLI Super supermarkets, Bake Bars and Hot Kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR across outlets and Head Office
- Recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding
- Employee engagement and performance management
- Training, payroll coordination and HR administration
- Employee relations and labour law compliance
- Regular outlet visits and operational HR support
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of HR experience, including a managerial role
- Relevant degree and professional HR qualification
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws
- Leadership, communication and people skills
- Ability to work across multiple locations
- Retail, FMCG or food-service experience is an advantage
