Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for UK-based projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support the sales process.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Coordinate with the UK team to ensure timely follow-up, client communication, and project support.
- Track leads, campaigns, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Support business growth and contribute to overall company marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adapt to UK construction and commercial practices.
- A proactive attitude, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
