We are a leading European vehicle spare parts company in Sri Lanka and are hiring for a Showroom Salesperson to join our team at Voll Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts and products
- Explain product features, specifications, prices, and promotions clearly
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is maintained professionally
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and delivery teams
Candidate Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in spare parts sales, showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly personality
- Target-driven, responsible, punctual, and well-organized
