ENGINEER ASSISTANT / TECHNICAL OFFICER / SITE SUPERVISOR (Water Supply / Road / Irrigation Projects-Immediate Recruitment)
Greenwave Construction (Pvt) Ltd is a reputed C2 Grade Construction Company; Seeking experienced and qualified professionals for projects in Kaluthara/ Colombo / Puttalam Districts.
ENGINEER ASSISTANT / TECHNICAL OFFICER
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant field
- NDT/HNDF / NCT / HND/B Tech Level 5 in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, BOQs, and site supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor project progress, materials & workmanship.
- Prepare site records, measurements, & progress reports.
SITE SUPERVISOR
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant field
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site work.
- Ensure work meets drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor (MALE)
- HND / NCT (QS) or equivalent qualification with 03 years' experience in relevant field
- Knowledge in Tender documentation/BOQ's/MS Office.
- Advance Knowledge in AutoCAD with good communication skills.
- Ability to Work long hours & under pressure.
- Experience in Interim payment applications/Final payment applications/Subcontract final certificate/Variations/Site work Reconciliation would be an added advantage
