VILLA MANAGER
VC Villas and Resorts (Pvt) Ltd.
Locations: Kalutara | Ahangama | Polgahawela
We are looking for experienced, energetic, and responsible Villa Managers to join our team and take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our villas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all villa operations efficiently.
- Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage villa staff and daily duty schedules.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, purchasing, and inventory.
- Ensure villas are maintained to the required quality and cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure effective cost control.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest activities.
- Ensure all operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies are followed.
- Manage suppliers and purchasing requirements.
- Prepare daily operational updates and reports for management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Villa Management / Hotel Operations / Hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and general hotel operations.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of operational reporting.
- Flexible to work according to operational requirements.
