REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in merchandising (experience in the garment industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, language proficiency is a must.
- Good knowledge of Material & Accessories, Garment costing, Product development & sample.
- Degree/Diploma in Textile & Clothing / Merchandising will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Age between 30-45 years
- Female candidates only.
Priority will be given to candidates residing near Kalutara, Wadduwa, Panadura, Horana, and Moratuwa.
