SALES REPRESENTATIVE (KALUTARA / MINUWANGODA / GAMPAHA)
We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in the Kalutara, Minuwangoda and Gampaha areas. The ideal candidates should have proven sales experience, excellent customer relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
What you’ll Do:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area
- Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in recovery planning
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries to management.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions
What We’re Looking For:
- G.C.E. (O/L) Pass, Including Mathematics
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales Preferably in Building materials
- Willingness to learn, team player, adaptable attitude
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned Territories
- Valid riding/driving license
