Role Overview:

As the Head of Human Resources and Administration, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a positive work culture and support the overall business goals. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with the senior management to ensure that our people, procedures and practices are in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Managing other manpower stakeholders
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development plans
  • Drive employee retention efforts through effective communication, recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms
  • Provide guidance and support to Manager’s and employees on HR related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development and change management initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in a HR leadership role preferably in a manufacturing organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience in conducting disciplinary inquiries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring HR professionals
  • Implementation and managing of HRIS system
  • SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
