We are looking for an individual with good interpersonal skills to be a team player with high level of energy & enthusiasm for the post of;
Maintenance Supervisor (Katunayake)
Qualifications Required:
- Successfully completed full time Certificate / Diploma Course in Millwright Fitter / Mechanical Engineering / NCT Electrical in a reputed institute.
- Should have minimum 03 years of work experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment.
- Should have hand on experience on repairing CNC Machines, working with PLC controlled machines, trouble shooting in industrial wiring and control panel maintenance.
- Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics fault finding and problem solving in power electronics are added advantages.
- Knowledge on general maintenance, AutoCAD, Solid work would be an added advantage.
- IT literacy (MS Office packages).
- Must be a good team player with problem solving abilities.
Selected candidates will be based in Maintenance Departments at Katunayake facilities. But they should be willing to work in any facilities of the alliance depend on work requirements.
Whilst guaranteeing a friendly working atmosphere, attractive salaries will be paid to the selected candidates commensurate with qualification and experience which is negotiable.
