Responsibilities
- Independently ensure our products consistently meet our stringent quality standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Utilize your technical acumen to specify and communicate intricate technical and quality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to integrate quality considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct periodic and consignment audits to ascertain quality standards and clear consignments.
- Set expected standards in packaging and product quality and ensure adherence.
- Ability to define quality standards as per product category and ensure compliance to delivery company expectations on product quality.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology/Quality Assurance from a recognized institute.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within the garment industry.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in process management and optimization.
- Proficiency in quality assessment procedures and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
