Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Packing Supervisor or in a similar position, preferably in the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Good knowledge of packing processes, quality standards, and inventory control.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment and handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations to ensure timely order completion.
- Ensure packing activities meet required quality, accuracy, and company standards.
- Lead and monitor packing staff to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of packing materials and supplies.
- Maintain packing records and prepare performance reports.
- Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement in packing processes.
