WE ARE HIRING
TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Technician to carry out electro-mechanical maintenance, preventive servicing, and machine breakdown repairs to ensure smooth and uninterrupted factory operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- perform assigned maintenance tasks related to electro–mechanical systems throughout the factory
- carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment
- attend to machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production stoppage
- maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, machine servicing, and breakdowns
- ensure compliance with company safety standards, procedures, and regulations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical or a related technical field
- minimum of one year of relevant experience; freshers are also encouraged to apply
- knowledge of air conditioning, generators, pneumatics, and electronics is an added advantage
- strong commitment to workplace safety and effective troubleshooting
- candidates residing close to the facility are preferred
- willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required
FACILITY SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance activities across the factory.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- supervise and coordinate daily electrical, air condition, pneumatic and welding maintenance activities
- plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of facility maintenance activities
- guide and support technicians in resolving technical issues and maintaining equipment performance
- monitor maintenance records, identify recurring breakdowns, and recommend corrective actions
- ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies
- coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth factory operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- NVQ Level 4 or above in electrical, mechanical, or an equivalent qualification
- minimum of three years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory or team-leading responsibilities
- strong knowledge of electrical systems, electro-mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- knowledge on generators and industrial electronics is an added advantage
- excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills
- strong commitment to occupational health and safety
- willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required by operational needs
