We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - (SHIFT IN-CHARGE)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field
- Must have minimum of 2 - 3 years of previous experience in similar role in the manufacturing industry
- General engineering knowledge will be an added advantage
- Ability to work on a 12-hour shift basis, including day and night shifts
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Must be computer literate (MS Office applications)
- Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities, and ability to perform under pressure
- Be a performance oriented team player
- Age below 35 years
- Male candidates only
- Living close to Katunayake will be an added advantage
