OPERATIONS MANAGER (INBOUND TOURS)
TravelMe Ceylon Kiribathgoda is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to handle our inbound tour operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily inbound tour operations and client itineraries.
- Negotiate rates with hotels, transport suppliers, and guides.
- Handle client inquiries, ground logistics, and on-tour support.
- Lead and guide the operations team to ensure top-quality service.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Sri Lankan inbound tourism.
- Deep knowledge of local destinations, hotels, and travel routes.
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel reservation tools.
- Experience in leading a team.
