Quantity Surveyor – Monitoring and Controlling (Finance Division)
Required Qualification
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5-7 years of Experience
- Good knowledge of financial documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to monitor and control project costs against approved budgets.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports.
- Review valuations, payments, variations, and subcontractor accounts.
- Track project expenditure and identify cost overruns or financial risks.
- Prepare regular cost and financial reports for management.
- Support procurement, tender evaluation, and final account settlements.
- Maintain accurate commercial and financial records.
