Quantity Surveyor – Civil / Mech Tendering & Billing

Job description: Responsible for Quantity Surveying- Duties in the QS Department, including preparing BOQs and cost estimates for Civil & steel structural building projects - Tendering & Billing.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- BSc (QS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience- Tendering / Billing in Civil & structural building-related projects.
- Good communication skills with peers, client / consultant representatives, suppliers and contractors.
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision & time bound.
- Good record keeping and willingness & interest in learning.
- Good oral and written communication ability in English
- Good speed in word & excel and ability for Auto cad reading and measurement
- Need to go for site visits and attend meetings as and when required
- Preferably below 40 years of age.
