We are looking for an experienced Technical Officer to oversee interior construction and finishing works at our projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor interior construction and finishing works.
- Ensure workmanship is carried out according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and report issues to management.
- Check measurements, materials and finishing details.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or rectifications.
- Maintain site coordination and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction / interior finishing works.
- Technical qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction or related field (preferred).
- Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
