Student Enrollment Officer - Female
Overview
Drive student recruitment, manage the admissions pipeline from inquiries to registration, and provide expert career counseling to prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries (phone, email, social media, walk-ins) and convert leads into registered admissions.
- Counsel students on program structures, entry requirements, fees, and career paths.
- Process applications, maintain records, and ensure a smooth enrollment workflow.
- Represent the campus at career fairs, school visits, exhibitions, and open-house events.
- Coordinate on-campus information sessions, open days, and orientation events.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert digital leads into campus visits.
Candidate Profile
- Recognized professional qualification or relevant degree.
- Fully fluent in Sinhala and English.
- Strong digital literacy and computer skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for student counseling.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Prior experience in student recruitment, counseling, or sales/admissions is an advantage.
Lead Academic Coordinator cum Lecturer
Overview
Lead and oversee academic delivery, ensuring teaching excellence and maintaining high standards across daily academic operations. Mentor and support faculty members while delivering engaging, high-quality lectures across one of our diverse academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic operations, curriculum implementation, and timetables.
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Mentor and evaluate faculty members to maintain institutional quality standards.
- Oversee student progress, assessments, examinations, and grading.
- Collaborate with management to develop new programs and update syllabi.
- Represent the campus in academic boards and parent-teacher meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or recognized postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Fully fluent in Sinhala and English.
- Strong digital literacy, including familiarity with LMS and virtual classrooms.
- Leadership-oriented with a passion for academic excellence and student development.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Substantial prior experience in lecturing, academic coordination, or management is an advantage.
