The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Management Trainees – Production. This opportunity offers practical exposure to food manufacturing, production planning, and process management, providing a strong foundation for career development in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Support production planning and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production processes to maintain productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports.
- Support process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- A responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
