Position: Digital Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Welisara
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: Rs. 85,000 – Rs. 100,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday with one day off per week
Job Overview
Willz & Fillz Fitness is seeking a confident, professional, and results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling online and direct customer inquiries, following up with potential customers, supporting showroom sales, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with basic social media content management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct phone calls
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Assist walk-in customers at the Welisara showroom together with the sales team
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, prices, warranties, and deliveries
- Handle customer concerns in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner
- Upload and maintain content on social media
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the achievement of sales targets and overall business growth
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English is compulsory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Confident, professional, and results-oriented personality
- Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team
- Experience in showroom sales, retail, online sales, or a similar customer-facing environment will be an advantage
