ASST STORE KEEPER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving: Check all deliveries for quality, weight, and correct quantity.
- Storage (FIFO): Organize stock systematically and monitor storage temperatures.
- Issuing: Release stock to the kitchen and bar only against approved requests.
- Inventory: Help with physical stock counts and track expiry dates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, or kitchen storekeeping.
- Good understanding of FIFO and food safety standards.
- Basic computer/inventory software skills and strong math accuracy.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
