IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT
Kanwel Construction and Civil Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading construction firms involving specially in road construction industry, is seeking highly skilled and motivated professional for below positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard costing, actual costing and variance analysis and share reports
- Track and report project cost trends including scrap wastage and yield deviations.
- Support cost benefit analysis for new project.
- Share monthly consumptions and debit reports towards material consumptions.
- Experience working on construction projects.
- Prepare monthly project report
- Prepare management meeting report.
Requirements
- Successfully completed stage II CIMA management, finance or relevant field diploma.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Construction field experience will have added advantage.
- Between 20 - 30 years of age
