MERCHANDISER CUM PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong apparel manufacturing expertise? Join the Dilly & Carlo team at our Maharagama location and help keep our production pipeline seamless, timely, and efficient!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the central liaison connecting Designers, Production, Stores, and Purchasing teams to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.
- Pre-Production Readiness: Verify and ensure that all required fabrics, trims, and accessories are 100% available at the facility prior to production kick-off.
- Procurement & Follow-Up: Identify raw material gaps early and proactively arrange with purchasing/vendors to place timely orders to prevent line delays.
- Timeline Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones from garment sampling through bulk production completion.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Proven experience in apparel production coordination or garment merchandising.
- Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fabric technicalities, trims, and accessories.
- Process Mastery: Solid grasp of the end-to-end apparel manufacturing process.
- Key Competencies: Proactive problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, and effective cross-team communication.
